Senior Corporate Payroll Supervisor

Managed the Ceridian payroll system along with resolving tax issues associated with Ceridian regarding current and prior years. Managed four employees within the department on the day to day processes related to Payroll/HR/Accounting and processing issues.

Project manager regarding the implementation of HR profile benefits system through ADP company wide. As well as establishing new updated ADP system for HR/Payroll to be implemented in 2007.

Successfully implemented new automated time and attendance system, Kronos, companywide shortly after joining the company which eliminated organizations paper process. Established SOP’s for each position within department as well as, established first automated (on-line) general ledger files through SAP system.

Managed cross training of all department positions. This included training on payroll processing, payroll reports, HR/Benefits and Kronos processing and reporting systems. Assisted auditors with regards to SOX’s requirements related to the

Was the Project Manager for Stock program set up with brokers Paine Webber for employee purchases. Special projects for Senior Management, which Included creating reports to track payroll deductions and quarterly purchases.

Responsible for all tax filing, quarterly information along with W-2 information. Key role related to mergers and acquisitions of new business.
