WORK PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

Presently working at SHYAM METALLICS & ENERGY LTD, Sambalpur (odisha) as

Assistant Engineer in Integrated Captive power plant (CPP) of 93 MW

in Operation & Maintenance department from 08/08/2015 to till date.

Having knowledge of Boiler Auxiliaries, Turbine auxiliary & Coal Handling plant .

Involved in the operation of AFBC boiler (2x135tph, 1x54tph) as DCS Engineer with DCS Control system (SIEMENS SPPA T1000 SOFTOM ).

Monitoring & watch out all the parameters of Boiler & Turbine maintained on DCS.

Involved with Maintenance Engineer co-ordinate to Preventive maintenance & Shut down maintenance.

Involved in checking field Boiler and TG water report analysis and instruct the DM plant operator to fulfill the desired requirement of water.

Involved in checking of Ash handling plant and look out for line block, system fault, hopper level, seal pressure etc.

Involved in Cold & Hot Light-up of Boiler and Turbine specially watch it’s all parameters.

Shyam Metallics & Energy Ltd (S.M.E.L) also has 2 unit of WHRB Of capacity 38 TPH & Other 2 unit of WHRB of capacity 10 TPH.

Shyam Metallics & Energy ltd (S.M.E.L) generated electricity for captive as well as industrial use and also supply power to grid also.
