Worked on Checker launch mechanism to reduce the variation encountered over time.

Minimizing errors and defects using Six Sigma principles thereby improving precision.

Used Statistical Process Control and Control Charts to analyze the process.

Implemented Cause and Effect diagram and 3-D Histograms to study the errors in the process.

Analysis of Stress Distribution on NACA 0012 Sep 2016- Dec 2016

Created the 3-D blade and sphere using Solidworks.

Imported both these designs in to ANSYS workbench for analyzing the problem.

Explicit Dynamics using AUTODYN was used for the impact study.

Meshing was done upon impact to study the stress distribution on the blade.
