This Project deals aim at the integration of the Documentum Global Document Management System with ISI Suite that includes ISI, eCTDExpress and Admin Module. It also involves migration of content and metadata b/w Oracle Systems and establishes proper transactions across each Agent in the workspace. The ISI Regulatory Suite is a commercially available suite of applications designed to support the publishing of electronic common technical documents (eCTD) and other non-eCTD regulatory submission related documents. The suite is licensed by GSK from Image Solutions Incorporated (ISI). The suite consists of end-user applications and a number of server-based agents which perform designated tasks in support of the applications. The applications:

eCTDXPress (XPress) – the primary, end-user application to support the publishing of documents in the electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) format.

ISI Publisher (Publisher) - the primary, end-user application to support electronic and paper publishing of traditional regulatory documents.

ISM - application to manage and configure the Suite.

Virtual Link Manager – specialized utility to support the management of Adobe Acrobat bookmarks and links within the eCTDXPress and ISI Publisher applications.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Documentum Migration Engineer, provides guidelines to teams for best practices for complex migration, risk identification, analysis and mitigation approach finalizing and review. He is also responsible for the technical feasibility analysis and migration approach finalization.
