The above curriculum vitae indicates briefly my qualifications, personal history and work experience. This Cover Letter will deliberate of my current and prior experience in detail. Currently, I am the Associate Director for Aquis Search International, a renowned and preferred executive search firm, focuses on technology recruitment and I lead the Singapore IT recruitment desk with 3 recruitment consultants and 2 researchers. I have set benchmarks and milestones in the organization and extraordinarily developed the regional markets exceeding the expectations of our stakeholders. Most of my daily operation is dealing with business to business, business to government entities, business to schools, business to candidates in a solution based and consultative environment. I lead the biggest team in Singapore’s office, growing my team organically and have managed to secure preferred clients over a short tenure of 6 months. We are also a preferred contractor and vendor to several entities for their in campus recruitment activities.

My most exciting work to date was engaging with Employers, Universities, Alumni and Oversea Associations campaign, which generated enormous buzz and was key to the successful launch of our campus technology recruitment solutions. Not only we have fun creating that campaign, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.
