I worked as a private contractor on specified assignments for Delta-T Group. My first assignment I worked as a one on one at Imagine Hope Community Charter School from October 2014 until April 2015. The last assignment was at Howard University Middle School, where I worked as a special education teacher from May 2015 to June 2015. Early Intervention Teacher

Engaged and challenged students while providing a safe learning environment. Led a high performance team of classroom staff, while serving as a team leader. Conducted comprehensive assessments. Met rigorous organizational objectives, and adhered to policies/procedures/ universal precautions including: sanitation of classroom and materials. Developed IFSPs/IEPs and designed and implemented activities to meeting all requirements. Designed comprehensive written lesson plans. Developed monthly logs and data sheets.
