Facility Project Engineer
Responsible for a new Outgoing Waste Treatment System (OWTS) capital project. The project cost was reduced by $100k from the initial proposal through design modification and vendor selection.
Implemented a prototype filter design that reduced the water usage. The final design will reduce usage by 20k gallons per day and allow additional manufacturing capacity increasing revenue by $100k per year.
Organized and championed emergency response team after a major flood occurred due to high rain levels resulting in over 36” of water and 80% of the plant flooded. These actions along with maintenance crews were able to return to manufacturing operations in less than two weeks. The competition with the same issue never recovered and is no longer in business.
Implemented lean practices for maintenance department that reduced downtime and decreased inventory stock by 20%.

Automation Group leader of two engineers, one technician and two Co-op from RTI responsible for automation integration.
Responsible for a 10M dollar plant consolidation project that discontinued wire draw in Clinton, CT and initialized the process in East Greenwich. The project required coordinating cross training from one facility to another.
oProcured and oversaw the extensive facility upgrades for the process which included major electrical service upgrades, trenching for water drainage, and implementation of large scale water treatment process.
oResponsible for moving 7 wire draw machines, which were dismantled and re- installed in Easy Greenwich.
oCoordinated the design and installation of several large dust collection systems.
Introduction of multi product robotic cells resulting in $ 1M saving per year with a 1 year payback.

In effort to comply businesses we were required us to implement water treatment process. The smallest system was larger than we needed so I began taking in outside accounts. Eventually the side business became overwhelming and I formed my own business.
