Kewaunee Power Station (Staffing Agency) -Administrative Assistant 2009-2010
Provided administrative support to the Director of Recovery for the recovery project at the Kewaunee Power Station. This included maintaining the directors schedule, coordinating meetings, daily minutes, updating ESOMS, updating Microsoft Project, and providing assistance as needed to VP’s when visiting the power station.

Prepared and edited technical reports and designed rooftop drawings with antenna speculations and calculated public exposure percentages using CAD software, on a work from home, contractual basis.

Developed and implemented procedures for document control in 6 branches on a nationwide project. Managed document control for the headquarters and 6 branches located around the United States.
Robert Half Int. (staffing agency) – Senior Recruiting Asst. at LCC International 6/1999-9/1999
Provided administrative support to a team of six recruiters. I was responsible for the recruiting database, including data entry, weekly maintenance, and the preparation of daily reports. Screening candidate profiles, initiating and following through with prospective employees background investigations, scheduling interviews, arranging transportation and lodging, completing candidate expense reports, greeting candidates, and new hire contracts were also tasks I was responsible for. These candidates included positions ranging from field workers to vice-presidents.
