More than Two and half year experiences in the functional areas of Quality control, Product Application Developments, New Product Developments, R&D, and Process Control of Manufacturing Industries.

Current Status

1. Currently working as Chemist in GEO-CHEM Middle East, Which is one of the largest Inspection and Testing organization in the Middle East. Headquartered in Dubai in Techno Park, near Jebel Ali Free Zone, the company has a global presence with independent offices and affiliates in 17 key markets in the Middle East, North Africa, the Subcontinent, South Asia, Europe and the US.

During this period I got exposure in inorganic and organic chemical analysis including the analysis of water,ore,chemical,food analysis and experience in the calibration and working of sophisticated analytical instrument like GCMS,GCFID, Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES),Spectrophotometer, PH meter, Conductivity meter,and IC

3. I worked as Jr. Officer (R&D) in BINANI ZINC LIMITED, Binanipuram, Cochin, Kerala, which is one of the most leading manufacturer of ZINC, Cadmium & Sulfuric Acid in India from AUGUST 2013. Binani Zinc is certified with four international standards on quality. Environment, safety and social accountability i.e., ISO 9000, ISO14000, OSHAS18000 and SA8000. The Company adopted a world-class technology in the production process, quality, working environment, and safety and pollution prevention and having a work force of more than 500.

4. During this tenure I got exposure in inorganic and organic chemical analyses including the analysis of ores, metals, alloys, organics, effluent & water analyses. Experience in the experiments in connection with Process improvement, method validation and troubleshooting experiments and R&D experiments.

5. Firsthand experience in the calibration and working of sophisticated analytical instruments like Polarograph (646 VA processor& 797VA Computrace), Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES), Auto-titrator, Spectrophotometer, and PH meter.

6. Six months experience as project trainee for Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad under the supervision of Dr. T Shekharam in polymers and functional materials (as a part of my course). Nature of my work was development of new product. My project name was Acrylic acrylate photopolymers.
