As a senior plant and manufacturing professional, I deftly combine the ability to move materials through manufacturing to cut waste, improve output and meet stringent quality standards to ensure nearly flawless production results. I excel at developing, integrating, and managing throughput to achieve increased productivity.

My turnaround successes, and track record of meeting goals, objectives and business visions is well documented. I consistently pull teams together to do more with fewer resources. My strengths include:

Maximizing output and quality results

Improving productivity during acquisition integrations

Optimizing processes, systems and supply chains

Customizing work flow and layout to boost manufacturing results

Analyzing and overcoming technical production roadblocks

I earned my BA degree in Accounting and Finance from Baldwin-Wallace College. I am currently APICS and Six Sigma Green Belt certified and have completed a course in Lean Manufacturing. I am detail oriented and have been described by others as an excellent communicator, very energetic, dedicated and adaptable to many different environments.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Integrated acquisition seamlessly. Company was purchased by Sherwin-Williams. Chosen to move company into the corporate structure. Evaluated all production and operational processes. Gained new employee buy-in and transparently integrated the two organizations. Became ISO certified. Reduced raw material inventories by $480K.

Improved production process, lowered costs and maximized profitability. Antiquated management systems at Sherwin-Williams effected production and operational effectiveness.
