I had worked in Anand Triplex Board Ltd Paper Mills at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh from 02-05-2012 to 27-07-2013.

RESPONSIBILITY HANDLED:

Daily, weekly and monthly routine checking of all equipements. Preventive and shutdown maintenance of DIP area Equipments(Screw Conveyor, HD Pulper, hydencity cleaner, heating screw,screw Conveyor, Mexcell, Disperser, vibrating screen, vertical and horizontal agitators etc.), Paper Machine area (SR Box, entire paper machine like headbox, screen part, press part, dryer part, calendar roll, pope reel etc., Rewinder, blower fans etc.), ETP area clearifiers and all gearboxes and centrifugal pump. Proper job planning with Man power utilization, maintaining spare parts.

PROJECT HANDLED:

ETP area Pipe line fabrication.

ETP clearifier agitator wheel tracking path fabrication.

Routine, Preventive and Shutdown maintenance of coating machine, super calendar, cutter, Rewinder, colour kitchen, Stock preparation area, Job planning& execution, Man power utilization, maintaining spare parts.

ACHIEVEMENT IN BREAKDOWN REDUCTION

By condition monitoring of critical equipments maintaining the Lubrication schedule, the average percentage of Mechanical downtime the maintenance cost has been reduced and running below target cost given by Management.

Super calander waste water, Rewinder main motor cooling water re-use in stock preparationand paper machine area by recycling process.
