Receive Requisition from user departments and generate Request for Quotation (RFQ) as required.

Supervise and assist with the preparation of procurement plans and obtain necessary approvals.

Attend Project weekly meetings giving status reports of all equipment and materials.

Ensure revised delivery schedules for critical orders are reported to the project team and the status reports are updated in a timely fashion.

Coordinates shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure the safe and timely delivery of materials and equipment from supplier’s delivery point to Nigeria ports.

Preparation of Material Status Reports for undelivered, pending and delivered materials.
