I was brought in to implement and develop an inventory system for tracking and control of purchased and customer supplied parts. The
first step I took was creating locations for each controlled area followed by identifying, counting and moving each component to the
location. Each item was then transcribed to this location in the computer system we use,Made 2 Manage, (M2M). Monthly cycle counts of
over 1500 parts are conducted by me as well as receiving merchandise and the offloading of steel trucks using forklifts.
