I have been Directing Dining Services; and; multi-concept Dining and Retail Operations with full accountability, in Formal Dining; Full Service Dining, Casual Dining, Quick Service Units; also: Convenience, Entertainment, Resort Operations and Banquets for an International Hospitality Services Management Company, for: Employer owned Restaurants, and, also, for Employer Clients, including all development of People and Profits...for more than 23 years with the same one Employer. Thirdly, I direct OPS for Employer-Owned Franchises. My Assignments are in Quick Service, Full Service, Fine Dining, Cafeterias, Travel Centers, Resorts and Formal Banquets. I always have full accountability for Revenue, Profitability, Service, Training, Staffing, Maintenance, Inventory, Safety, Operational Proficiency and Business Growth.

All of the above took place during my TENURE OF 23 YEARS, with the same employer. My average Per Store Volumes are 3-11 million; with an average of 8 to 17 units; also with an average of 35 to 70 Direct Reports……depending on the yearly alignment of Assignments. There have been years where I was accountable for as many as 54 units with a Regional Assignment.

My current Employer won a massive Business Management Contract and is moving completely to India and Europe. I want to remain in my USA Homeland, and work with your company and begin a new career.
