timely manner, and distribute calls to the proper channels.
Greet all persons entering the studio in a professional/friendly manner, while making sure each guest is connected with and assisted by the proper agent.
Direct all guest to the proper venue.

Oversee general appearance of the show room, i.e. make sure there is no trash on the floor, chairs are pushed in at the table, etc.
