Quality Technical Support Manager, CVA, Florence, KY, $600M 2005 to 2008

Site quality leader responsible for internal, customer and supplier 8D corrective actions. Conducted U.S. supplier quality audits. Assured parts from new LCC suppliers met corporate engineering/quality standards.

Created and implemented Customer Concern Reporting (CCR) database application to streamline business processes; system was benchmarked for an Oracle ERP customization for entire Aftermarket division.
