Administrative and Program Management Support: Knowledge of administrative and management administration which includes work flow analysis methods, tools and techniques, methodologies, procedures, and processes that are related to the function, mission capabilities administration and programs. Create, manage and implement administrative policy which streamlines procedures and improves office efficiencies. Advice Management and Support Staff on the interpretation and application of the administrative procedures. Focal point for resolutions of problems related to office operations.

Budgeting and Procurement: Management role for acquisition administration and program management in all areas which include but not limited to: inventory, procurement of materials, equipment while maintaining positive rapport with vendors and suppliers. Create, review, analyze and track departmental and corporate procurement requests and budgeting expenses.

Office Management: Usage of various types of software to produce a variety of correspondence such as letters, forms, reports, memoranda and outgoing written materials. Transcribe notes and review correspondence for proper grammar, spelling, and format. Manage and train support staff, perform time and attendance functions as well as payroll and Human Resources.

Travel Coordination and Time Management: Maintain itineraries, arrange travel requests, prepares travel documentation and vouchers from travel receipts. Coordinate company and departmental office moves. Organize conferences and meetings, as well as create background material and agenda. Ability to travel on moments notice
