Operated casting machine by putting a polyurethane material around metal parts for natural gas and oil drilling while constantly inspecting parts for damage and contamination.

Used sandblaster machine to clean the molds after production after each day and worked collectively with other team members to resolve systemic issues and help develop process improvements.

Performed daily maintenance and provided basic troubleshooting for the machines including cleaning and making minor adjustments necessary for the efficient operation of the machine

Filler Operator

Mizkan Americas Inc., Dallas, TX August 2012 – July 2013

Changed filters for the supply tanks and filler feed tanks, and did preventive maintenance on the filler machine. Repaired and cleaned machines on production lines

Maintained communication with operators to make sure all lines and machines were running proficiently and was responsible for keeping count on the amount of product for each run.

Setup and operated the filler machine for different size products from 16oz to 1gallon. Responsible for flavor changes, white vinegar to cider vinegar and cider flavor.
