The candidate will be reporting to the Department Head and will be assigned and will be responsible to manage the Construction operation of a subdivision consisting of more than one project sites. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Interpret the approved NTP, to formulate and monitor a credible construction plan/schedule that will help guide the concern departments to accomplish each task with respect to a specified time-line thereby ensuring that module schedule is being achieved.
2. He will lead his group to guarantee that all commitments are being realized in the construction plan by way of coordinating the needed support to carry out the module from the duration of pre-construction up to construction and completion of the units along with its turnover to sales department/homeowner. 3. He will evaluate the present condition of the projects and address the factors that affect and influence the productivity construction. To ensure that commitments on construction finish date. 4. He is tasked to provide the technical support for the business/sales unit to provide direct information and assistance on project issues and concerns.
5. He will have a direct hand in keeping the products in top-quality standard through inspection and testing of units.
6. Conduct site inspection to check if workmanship and quality standard of the units by visiting the actual construction.
7. Monitors and reviews the actual production status and to validate the area’s existing resources, requirements & actual capacity thereby providing the necessary reports to the Technical Services Division. 8. He will ensure the safekeeping of important records and documents in order to have reference in the succeeding years by exercising five S.
9. Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Department Head of Site Management Department.

I AS A PROJECT IN CHARGE:
1. Overall in-charge of providing the company geometric (survey, Project design and Construction management services
