Project Integration Manager for mandated ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) contracted development and integration of software onto Navy Seahawk and Osprey rotary platforms. Project Manager for Navy Air CNS/ATM (Communications, Navigation, Surveillance / Air Traffic Management) Required Navigation Performance Area Navigation (RNP RNAV) integration into Osprey rotary platforms. Managed logistics operations in Iraq supporting Iraqi Army Battalion and 45 United States team members in support of contingency operations. Spearheaded financial and budget activities to fund operations and facilities for Iraqi Army.

Directed $18.5 million in funding used for logistics support; uniform, equipment and vehicle procurement; facilities construction; and over $3.1 million in payroll funds quarterly.
