Professional Accomplishments
In ****, At Macco Auto Collision, I analyzed 4 locations over 5 days. I then made a list of the deficiencies I noted and presented them to the franchisee who wanted to retire. Within one year each location was making a profit. One had not been profitable in the previous 5 years. I had managers in place with a buy-in proposal from each. As of this date the owner was able to retire as planned.
Under my leadership the Automotive Service team at the Sears Auto Center Oakview Mall location in Omaha, on Black Friday 2008, achieved sales of $19800. To my knowledge this is a record that still stands.
At U-Haul, as an Area Field Manager, my area was in the top 10 nation-wide in revenue growth 7 years running. My area had 3 of the nation’s top 10 dealerships in gross revenue.
In 1984 I formed Pase Rent-A-Car with just 5 vehicles. By 1990 I had formed a team, opened 10 locations with over 600 vehicles generating profits of over $850,000 a month.
In 1980, as an Employee of Ford, I brokered a deal between them, the City and Corning Glass to raise the $12 million dollars needed to reopen the Historic Watkins Glen International Race Circuit, which had just closed.
While at another position at Ford, as a Zone manager on Long island, under my leadership, in just 21 months I raised the customer “CSI” from 88.7% to 95.8%
