Implemented a new Credit Policy (rewritten from new), placed more organization into the Lending and Credit Department of this small local banking institution.

Implemented a new Team Concept to Lenders and Administration Staff that created more cohesion within the department and improved work flow and overall detail.

Established a new spreading software system (Web Equity) for Credit Underwriting and Loan Approval and Tracking.

Formalized all processes for loan origination, loan closings and problem loan reporting.

Created a formalized risk rating system that previously did not exist.
