Key Projects:
MyTime- IT project lead for a three year program to build a new global system for reporting working time
and absences. System is being built on a PeopleSoft platform. System to be used by all 50,000 employees
globally. Agile methodology used for this project as the limitations posed by a waterfall method made the
project too inefficient. By using Agile concepts, we were able to get key modules in the system to testing
earlier so that the business could identify issues earlier rather than later.
Program budget: 8M CHF. Estimated yearly cost savings to the Bank once system is implemented: 3M CHF.
Size of team: 28
Solution: PeopleSoft 9.0, .Net 4.0, Oracle 11G
