July ‘11
Local Dairy Company with sales in 5 Western States / Established 1924…bought out by Darigold November 2010.
April ’82 – June ’86 / A-grade Fluid Milk Division. Hired for cleanup crew duties and gained knowledge
of proper techniques and an understanding of all fluid milk processing requirements.
Became A-Grade Supervisor within 6 months to oversee a crew of 24 employees.
June ’86 – November ’88 / Transferred to Shipping Department in order to acquire a broader
understanding of the products we carried besides fluid dairy. Responsible for picking customer orders and
loading trucks.
November ’88 – July ’11 / Accepted offer to move into Sales & Marketing Division
Introduced and implemented the roll-out of the “Milk Chug” increasing sales volume by 300% on our
“Single Serve” line of flavored milks.
