approve acquisitions and financial projections, interacting with department managers to ensure forecasts are accurate. Work closely

with real estate brokers, construction managers, and vendors to verify project costs and coordinate construction work. Establish

purchase contract terms, negotiate financing with lenders, and review closing documents. Collaborate with legal team to draft

offering memorandums and business plans.
