Summary of Experience:

Having more than thirty years experience of working in various projects

related to Oil & Gas facilities, and petrochemical plants.

Most of the experience is related to maintenance of Petrochemical

plants/shutdowns, EPIC projects management, project construction management

of process equipment, piping system engineering and design, new

constructions of pipelines, piping/equipment replacement/upgrading and

related construction works.

Worked extensively and gained hands on experience with respect to Oil &Gas

Processing Facilities, special heavy equipment such as Shell & Tube heat

QP compressor package have been in service for long time and have become

unavailable with frequent failures, the controls of the existing units are

obsolete and cannot be integrated into the DCS System.

It has been established that the Instrument Air System upgrade shall be

implemented by constructing a new Instrument Air Compressor facility.

Complete with new oil-free Rotary Air Compressors, Filters, Air Coolers,

Air dryers, wet air receivers, Additional Air Receivers& Buffer Tanks and

with foundation fieldbus redundant PLC-based Master control which is fully

integrated with the plant DCS.

EPIC project of Waste Water Treatment Package at Dolphin Energy Co.

Client: Dolphin Energy Ltd - Qatar.

Procurement, residual engineering and installation of nine related

filtration, pumping spent soda Skids including civil foundations,

interconnecting piping, erection of dirty/clean backwash tanks and

underground GRV drainage piping, integrating to existing DCS System and

commissioning.
