Project name: - WO-16 Cluster & SB-14 Well Head Platforms Project. (ONGC)

Nature of project: - It is a green field project consisting of 5 well

head platforms in Mumbai high field

i.e WO-5, SB-14, WO-15, WO-16 & B119/121.

Responsibility: - Modeling in Tekla from engineering inputs and

Equipment layout for above mentioned decks. Creating PML

files from Tekla model and importing to PDS. After

importing the model in PDS, a review check is done in

Navisworks. Preliminary check is done for clashes with

other disciplines. Interacting with other disciplines for

clash resolution and to provide supports as required by

other disciplines like piping, instrumentation, electrical

etc. GA Drawing extraction and draughting as per client

standards in Tekla and exporting to AutoCAD.

Add. Responsibility: - Creating Macros like footprint, ring

stiffener, cone etc. in TEKLA as per client

standards for offshore structure.

Project name: - QCS. (Qatar Petroleum)

Nature of project: - It is an As-built drawings project of Qatar

Petroleum.

Responsibility: - Incorporating changes in GA drawing from sketches

received from site using Microstation J.

Project name: - Essar Vadinar Refinery Expansion project.

Nature of project: - It is a brown field Project of Naptha Hydro Treater

(NHT)

Responsibility: - Modeling of access platforms and pipe racks with the

help of piping model from SPR in PDS. Interdisciplinary

coordination for fixing column location of pipe support to

avoid clashes with existing underground pipelines and

electrical cables.

Draughting of foundation drawing for pumps and equipments

in Microstation J.

Project name: - Nijni Navgorod Integrated Vinyls Plant. - Ikra Project

Responsibility: - Modeling of Access platform & its foundation from

equipment layout drawings in PDS. Coordinating with other

disciplines for review, clash check & clash resolution.

I had been working with Bechtel India - M&M (Metal & Mining) Business

Unit for 2 years.

I have specialized knowledge of modeling and detailing of steel structures

used in M & M projects. I have worked on many pipe rack structures and

process structures for M&M projects. I have received Reward & Recognition

for performance & quality while working for Yarwun-2 (M&M Project).

I have worked on steel structures in almost all the units in Aluminum

Refinery like Bauxite Grinding Unit, Filtration Unit, Precipitation Unit,

Seed Preparation Unit, Thickeners and Calciner.
