BULK MUD AND CEMENT SYSTEM = Using Bulk air max of 6 bar can transfer

barite from P tank to Surge tank to mud pit. Bulk Cement to cementing unit.

BULK AIR SYSTEMS = Use in operation transferring of barite P tank to P

tank, P tank to surge tank, P tank to mud pit and to loading station

manifold.

LP MUD SYSTEMS = Compose of Mud Mixing pump, Mud Charging pump, Brine pump,

Agitators in each mud pits and Pill pits. Charging pump feed Mud Pump.

AGITATORS = Commissioning of Agitators need Voltmeter, Megger tester,

Tachometer, Ammeter, Temperature gun, Run Agitator with clean mud pits and

water.

MUD RETURN SYSTEMS = Trip Tank fill by mud mixing pump. Run trip pump led

to Mud gas separator, Sand trap and Diverter mud return to trip tank.

HP MUD SYSTEM = Using charging pump to Mud pump produces 7 thousand psi

controlled by choke and kill manifold. Pressure must not exceed relief

valve setting.

MUD PUMP = Assist vendor in commissioning Mud Pump such as running the

charging pump. And providing modified blind flange with nozzle to meet

desire pressure.

BRINE SYSTEMS = To provide brine for mixing with mud in mud pits. Running

brine pump must see to it that it will go to right mud pit and double check

the valves.

TOP DRIVE = Usually NOV and Akers supply Top Drives assist them lifting and

installation, supply of hydraulic oil for HPU and running it, oil and

grease and load test.

DRAW WORKS = Help install drill line with roof access crew. From drill line

drum, dead line anchor, crown block, running block 6 wraps and draw works

(Wirth).

TUBULAR FEEDING MACHINE = Run HPU unit and provide assorted sizes of drill

pipes to vendors for function test. And steel weights for load testing.

CAT HEAD = Assist vendors power up HPU unit function test, provide load

cell for load test. All drill floor equipments tests and commissioning done

in drillers chair.

ROTARY TABLE = Assist vendors running HPU unit. Operate air winch in

lifting power slips and drill pipes for vendors function testing.

AIR AND HYDRAULIC WINCHES = Run Utility air and HPU for air and hydraulic

winches. Operate for lifting to assist vendors. Load testing be done before

using.

HPU UNIT = Pressure line, Drain line and Return line of HPU unit must be

chemical flush and hydro tested. Hydraulic oil must be flush to NAS 3 or 4

before using.

CHERRY PICKERS = Run HPU to power up cherry picker. Provide steel weights

for load test for official commissioning before using overhead jobs.

All other equipments in rig floor such as Mouse Holes, Tubular Chute,

Tubular Feeding Machine, Riser Chute, Pipe Deck Pipe Handler Crane, Bridge

Crane, Tongs,

Hydraulic Iron Rough Neck, Eagle light, Lower Guiding Arm, Belly Board

by VMS. For use in LQ. Cooling for main engine (expansion tank),

cooking and cleaning.

. FUEL OIL SYSTEMS = Piping must be chemical flush; hydro test, filter

install before the main engine and fuel oil purifier. Settling and

Service tank clean before filling.

. FIRE MAIN SYSTEM = Emergency Fire pump, FIFI pump, Deluge, Foam at

Heli deck, fixation system and water mist. Pre start in LQ need

manpower to avoid flooding.

. COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM = For instrumentation, starting main engine,

pneumatic valves, air winches and utility outlets. And drier must work

properly.

. PNEUMATIC FIRE DAMPERS = This dampers must be close 15 seconds during

fire when supply of air cut off and can be done in control room or

manually.

. MAIN ENGINE = Assist vendor in Pre start up. It's auxiliary properly

Witnessing Tri-Party Walk Down, Rotating Equipment Alignment, Motor

Solo Run & Machineries Lube Oil Flushing )

method, checking softfoots on rotating machineries and coordinate with

electrical dept for rotation check and no load / load run of rotating

machineries/motors verifying temperatures and vibration)

Process Systems ( Linecheck of lines and markup as per P& ID, flushing

of lines prior to putting in service and make logs of valve isolation, simulate levels and pressure on static equipment and coordinate with

E&I for instruments testing and functions ).

. Lead the Mechanical Commissioning Team ( e.g. Technicians, Fitters

and Welders ) in the clearing of Punchlist, mechanical completion and

execution of ITR B Pre-Commissioning Scope On shore phase and

continuation of Commissioning and Start up scope until first Oil of

various systems handled in particular in location Offshore.
