Job Description:

• Inventory Control Specialist 3 years, operation of Niton Analyzer (x-ray analyzer

for alloy steels), sorting, weighing, and chemistry analysis of material for consumption or

resale

• Tracking of inventory, pricing, and usage of active inventory

• Computer: use of spread sheets, Machola, and Allied Blending Systems (ABS)

• Training of new employees; in knowledge of material flow, chemistries, and

inventory storage

• Assisted in ISO 9001: 2008 Internal Audits

• Lead Internal Auditor / QA 2 year, audit departmental procedures of PMAI based

upon ISO 9001:2008

• Writing and revising work instructions and procedures while maintaining and

meeting the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008 Standard

• Testing, validating chemistries, and visually inspecting 20 pound ingots, large ingots,

electrodes, and billets

• Documentation and tracking of the Grinding Process materials visually inspect and

check chemistry analysis before and after grinding
