Job Responsibilities:

1. Patrolling and monitoring all parameters, running conditions and

abnormalities

2. Reporting any abnormalities immediately to my production supervisor

and take possible corrective action.

3. Responding immediately for any fire and gas detection alarm, reporting

and updating the situations to CCR.

4. Co ordinate with the contractors and co workers.

5. Readings taking, recording and maintaining the daily log sheets.

6. Efficient start up, safe shut down and routine operation for a smooth

running plant.

7. According to the work permit, preparation for the job (isolating the

required valves, ask CCR to inhibit the nearby detectors, draining,

venting, flushing, purging, H2S&HC concentration checking) and putting

tags according to the valve isolation statement and hand over to the

work permit responsible technician.

8. Checking the rotating equipments conditions like abnormal sound,

vibration, lube oil level, any leaks, nut and bolts tensioned, etc.

9. Efficient pumps changing over, start, stop, checking the line up,

priming if need, checking the vibration, abnormal sound, leakage, etc.

10. Pumps seal pot pressure, level maintaining.

11. Start and stop the pumps locally in emergency situation.

12. Wells, compressors, Turbines, GSU and GDU start up preperations, start

up and shutdown.

13. Assisting the maintenance dept whenever required.

14. Assist in carrying out the Routine Weekly Run Tests of Equipments like

Emergency Diesel Generator diesel and Electrical Fire Pumps. etc.,

15. Continuous maintaining preservation of valves, flanges, bolt nuts,

instruments and equipments by greasing, covering with denso tape and

securing.

16. Chemical inventory updating, chemical transferring to the tanks,

Antifoam preparation (silicone fluid with diesel), injection flow rate

adjustment as per requirements, handling the chemicals with proper

PPE, following MSDS, etc.

17. Participate under instructions, In Launching Pigs into Pipelines,

Prepare Pig Receiver Stations and remove the Pig and check it for

damage under the guidance of the production supervisor.

18. Unload Chemicals into Tanks for Injections, Start and adjust the Flow

Rate of Chemical Injection Pumps as required.

19. Bypassing LCV, PCV, TCV and FCV valves whenever needs as per ccr

instructions.

20. Collecting Oil, Gas, oily water, condensate and RO water Samples for

the Laboratory for Analysis.

21. Testing of SSSV under the supervision of production supervisor.

22. Checking the Leakage of Gas like H2S and HC.

23. Pressure testing and leak testing of the systems after the job

completed.

emphasis on Nationals).
