Present
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Managed Research and Development projects for new product launches and
repair processes; developed new repair techniques including laser drilling
and brazing of Cobalt and Nickel based superalloys; implemented new tooling
design and build techniques through the use of 3D modeling software and
rapid prototyping technology
. Installed and integrated a newly purchased 5-axis CNC laser drilling
machine which replaced a manual EDM drilling process. Estimated annual
savings of $408K for F Row 1 turbine vane and provides flexibility for

Provide engineered and data-driven solutions in support of the sheet metal
fabrication, powder coating, maintenance, and tool room departments;
prepare proposals to improve both short-term and long-term manufacturing
operations in terms of capital equipment acquisition, product and process
flow, quality and safety improvements, and productivity gains. Apply
various lean manufacturing methodologies including 5S, process mapping,
Kanban, Kaizen, bottleneck analysis, and pull systems.
