Oversee and assist with design review and analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, sub-contractor selection, material purchasing, project budget, project development, quality control, project schedule management, effectively work in managing onsite construction team and sub-contractors.

Selected Projects & Accomplishments:

• Completed $13 M design build renovation of 100K SF Marine Corps Community Exchange in 10 Months. Originally contracted to complete work in 18 Months, a compressed scheduled was developed and the project was completed on time and 12% under budget. Project was awarded team excellence in Quality Control.

• Completed 150K SF training facility on time and 6% under budget.

• Quickly recruited to assist under staffed project in completion of Naval Testing Facility. The project had encountered multiple design deficiencies, QC issues, and lack of management personnel. The project was completed and the client was pleased with corrective action to multiple issues and overall finished construction.

• Quickly recruited to assist in project completion of governmental office building. Several items were constructed incorrectly. With coordination from the design team, issues were resolved and the building was completed on time.
