• Prepared and designed Iraq’s first “Women’s Conference” which provided opportunity for

equipment, medical supplies and office supplies.
• Managed, negotiated and provided interpretation services for the transfer and sale of
Significant Military Equipment (SME’s) and supplies between the Coalition Forces and the
Iraqi Army.
• Administered budget for water station project requiring extensive coordination with
municipal government officials in charge of infrastructure projects within the jurisdiction of
the Baghdad Amanat (Mayoralty) Section.
• Translated and published 315 pages of literature to create the "Red List," a book
highlighting Iraqi Fine Arts for the Department of Public Diplomacy.
• Facilitated training for the Iraqi Bar Association on case law, appeals and procedures for
the "Jessup International Moot Court Competition" into Arabic for the “Rule of Law”.
• Assisted provisional government to improve the operations of an oil refinery and industrial

• Developed strong relationships as a liaison for the U.S. State Department with the Iraqi
