Promoted May 2010 to Executive Chef where I managed 14 cooks, planned and
executed all menus and did all inventory and ordering. This facility is a high
end independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing and memory unit
facility with 350 total residents.
9/03 to Kitchen Supervisor, The Ventana Room in Loews Ventana Canyon Resort
11/08 4 Star 5 Diamond Restaurant serving fine French Cuisine. Assisted the master
chef in preparation and execution of menus. Worked Garde-Manger, meat,
game, and fish stations.
