Program Development

Extensive experience developing, implementing and evaluating program services for diverse

populations, with an emphasis on youth, among them: comprehensive after school and summer

programs which included academic tutoring, reading, math, arts and crafts, and science curricula;

personal and skills development; mentoring; rites of passages programs for adolescent girls; art and

creative therapy.

group therapy for children and adolescents utilizing CBT, BSFT, and DBT therapeutic modalities. SED adults

including substance abuse training. Training includes: Weekly supervision, case briefing/discussion, bi

weekly class seminar, individual/group counseling, initial assessment and treatment development for all new

consumers, updated treatment planning for existing consumers.

Premiere Community Development Center Atlanta, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in development of agency documentation, policies and procedures, staffing, and crisis care support

team. Responsible for all new client intakes including assessments, developing treatment planning, assigning

caseloads, and continuous consumer and family follow up and care. Proofreading of progress notes, staff

training on APS codes and updates, MICP system including initial and ongoing registration. Provided staff

feedback and developed training docs for staff and agency implementation. Provided in home, community

based individual therapy for children and adolescents.
