functional testing. Managed professional and technical staff, introduced CMMI concepts, initiated 5S and
lean concepts. Also responsible for quality operations in joint venture location near Shanghai, PRC.

Developed uniform quality training and certification programs for quality and production personnel and
reduced scrap/rework costs by 41%. Initiated lean programs in manufacturing. Developed EMS
procedures and obtained ISO 14000 registration in April 2004. Converted all facility QMS processes from
QS-9000 to TS-16949 and achieved registration in June 2004. Managed four QE’s and six technicians.
Citation filed for bankruptcy in September of 2004, facility closed.
