I was responsible to organize and promote company service also keep
all licenses and records current with the department of
transportation in Florida, Oregon and Washington. Work with
associated brokers to keep our fleet producing send invoices,
coordinate routes pickups delivery, dispatcher and payroll
processing. In less than six months we doubled the fleet with many
owners' operators increase the fleet to 20 units. This year on May 1-
2013 the president of our company decided to sell the business and
move to Kentucky where he breeds horses.

accounts and handled all customer service issues, sailing front load

Compactors and Balers when the representative of that department was

always increased revenues in my territory between three to four
percent per year.

In 1984 I had the opportunity to help a group of investors who
purchase a hotel in very poor condition. First we made a assessment
of what we have to change and remodel second find a reputable
franchise that could assist in sales and marketing. As a franchise
Manager I have the obligation to make our team work together with one
goal make the customer feel at home or better. I was able to recruit
good people for the business everything else falls like a domino
effect. My team was organized the old customers are returning back
very happy with the renovation and the new management team. Eighteen
months later the hotel was covering all expenses and we make enough to
pay the principal to all investors. Thereafter we keep the hotel with
an annual occupancy of 86% making over $4.6 mil in hotel revenue.
