1. Two year working experience in Capital Trust LTD. (NBFC) as a Branch Manager in UK (Hardwar) from 22
Feb.2010 to March 2012.

1. Ensure to direct person to person contact with all in regular basis.

correct error, and give guidance for improved performance.

2-Develop a method of monitoring field level processes implementation as outlined in the field Manual and
Policy memorandum are strictly adhered.
3-Manage 50 Field Staff

1. Base Line Survey.

To group formation for selection of right candidate to be our co. borrower
B. Motivation:
To people (female) are selected by the BM after GRT to ensure all rules on Company is been
followed/observed.
3. Carry out effective supervision of subordinate staff, to ensure that instructions are being implemented,
and procedures and internal controls as laid down in the Company's Operation Manual are being
followed. All centers under your supervision should be control as per schedule.
5. Co-ordinate with Area Manager & District Manager to inform them about the implementation and
progress of Branch.
6. Initiate prompt action in disciplinary cases, according to the procedures lay down in the COMPANY
Standing Orders.
7. Following-up on Internal Audit of Branch, under audit supervision, to ensure compliance and
rectification of all irregularities.
8. Doing anything else necessary to ensure that the key Plan targets of the Company for the assigned staff
are achieved.
9. Supplying all required monitoring reports to Area Manager of the Company in an accurate and timely
manner.
