Division Director for the Defense Technologies Division of Northrop Grumman Information
Systems Sector, supporting an organization with annual sales in excess of $2B, performing
complex systems integration and information technology services for a broad set of military and
intelligence customers focused primarily on C4i and combat systems and service initiatives.
Provide leadership and act as the primary executive interface with the customer community -
DACO, DCMA, DCAA, as it pertains to audits relating to the contracts, pricing and supply chain
discipline. Manage and mentor staff comprised of 150 professionals - performing contracts,
pricing, procurement and supply chain. Responsible to create and administer policies and
procedures, review bids and proposal strategy to increase Pwin, manage contract and subcontract
compliance. Direct and manage audits, protests, claims and disputes, and contractual customer
liaisons with federal/civilian, commercial and international clients. Oversee compliance within
the CPSR, and GFP business systems. Ensure that Division/Sector SOX requirements are
adhered to. Manage risk reporting and monitor adherence to all Federal Procurement Policies,
CAS, export compliance, ITAR, public law, and Sector/Corporate policies and procedures for the
Business Units under my jurisdiction. Designed and staffed an integrated organization, capable
of collaborating within across the other sectors of the Corporation to bid, win and perform as a
tier one systems integrator.
