Nursing has allowed me to broaden my horizons. It looks as though I have
worked many jobs, however companies, such as Advanced Clinical Employment
Staffing and Fast Staff are per diem and are very short term
assignments(some as short as one day). Also, working as an independent
contractor is something I do on the side. These per-diem positions have
given me more cultural diversity, and have also assisted me in seeing the
insurance side of things and also the legal aspect which I find
fascinating. Being in different areas and also working with other
disciplines have also given me more self confidence and independence. I
love to learn, and in nursing, I feel as though I learn something new every
day.
