Production Supervisor II Calsonic Kansei of North American 2011- present
Responsible for various manufacturing operations. Coordinate employee,
component and equipment schedules to build adequate quantities of
production to meet customer demand. Manage overtime, equipment
maintenance, personnel records and initiate/document corrective actions in
an effort to meet company goals. Insure all company quality, quantity and
safety goals are met. Also responsible for promoting positive employee

Production Supervisor Johnson Controls Columbia Tn. (plant closure) 2009
Supervised 30 employees on the GM Traverse first row seating line. Managed
production workers through a plant closure by assisting them with
production issues, assembly parts, time off, human resources matters and
kronos time keeping software.
Production Supervisor Tower Smyrna Tn. 2006 - 2008 Supervised 100
employees that welded frames for Nissan SUV's and trucks. Established work
schedule volumes for employees. Provided labor relations and intervention
as needs. Assisted with Human Resources initiatives. Implemented program
changes to meet strategic and operational needs.
