August 2012 Monitored and analyzed work flow, processes,
procedures, or line activities to identify and resolve
bottlenecks to maximize efficiency. Identifying value-creating
and non-value- process steps to eliminate waste. Streamline
processes as well as converting batch- process, pull-system to
continuous flow. Conduct FMEA during new design to prevent
failures. Assist in Kaizen events where I help creating a one-
piece-flow work cell, also help developing a pull system, and
