August 2012 Monitored and analyzed work flow, processes,

procedures, or line activities to identify and resolve

bottlenecks to maximize efficiency. Identifying value-creating

and non-value- process steps to eliminate waste. Streamline

processes as well as converting batch- process, pull-system to
