Current:-

Feb 2011 till date, as an Engineer in Quality Assurance & Press shop (dual

responsibility) with M/S SATYAM AUTO COMPONENTS LIMITED ( A Hero Group

Company) which is a TS-16949 : 2002 certified manufacturer of Frame, Body

& Fuel Tank using state of art manufacturing facilities like robotized

welding for motorbikes manufactured by Hero Motocorp Ltd.

JOB PROFILE: -

Responsible for assuring quality of out going products by constant

interventions to improve process deviations and process consistency

. Process validation and operating range target setting

. Quality analysis using 7QC tools, SQC/SPC techniques

. Prepare process quality targets and station wise process evaluation

SOPs.

. Monthly reports like MIS, rejection, rework and defect analysis

. Interaction with customers for online supply quality issues

. Annual planning for process and inspection equipments upgradations
