Managed the construction of Training facilities. This included along with a simulated outdoor middle-Eastern Urban environment. Lead Project Q.A, Participate in source selection board, Coordinate preconstruction meeting. Review all preconstruction submittals, conducted Mutual Understanding Meeting with Contractor and USACE Project
team. Coordinated all visitor site tours. Assisted in development of QA plan for referenced contract. Performed all responsibilities of QAR, as needed. Tracked all funds related to project.
