• Signal Support Systems Specialist -
February 2011- May 2013 Fort Bragg, NC
• Responsible for supervising, scheduling and training 10 team members. Responsible for
diagnosing, repairing and maintaining Windows based equipment to include secured network
(including 20-40 computers, 20-50 VoIP’s, and 50-100 users). Also deployed and maintained
Satellite Transmission Terminal. Configured, supervised and deployed Cisco based routers and
switches in support of network management. Responsible for maintaining administration duties,
installing network updates, installing printers, projectors, etc., placing work orders for accounts
and user rights and enforcing information assurance policies all while supervising 6 other
personnel. Responsible for operating, maintaining, installing and supporting operator level
support for 50 systems with a 97% function rate. Programmed and maintained Cisco switches
both in Command Post Nodes and Satellite Transmission Terminals. Maintained relationship and
support with area Field Service Representative. Extensive background knowledge and experience
with Communication Security equipment.
