PERSONAL PROFILE
Presently, I am working as an Arabic language instructor for U.S. Army through Military
languages. I have excellent standard Arabic, Iraqi dialects and Gulf’s dialects evaluations from
my team leaders and Army students. I am an Iraqi citizen with my bachelor degree from Baghdad
University, Iraq. I have more than 6 years of interpretation and translation experience in (standard
Arabic, Iraqi dialects and English) along with my foreign degree (Bachelor of languages) earned
from Baghdad University, where my primary language of instruction was in (Arabic, Hebrew and
English). I am a native of Iraq and lived in Iraq for more than 29 years .During my school years, I
also learned how to write, read and speak Hebrew. I studied in Baghdad University, Collage of
languages Arabic-Hebrew and English for 4 years. I have obtained the Bachelor of Arts degree
from the collage of languages(Department of Hebrew) with an average degree of %60,09 and
grade(medium) on 16-8-2003.I worked as Arabic language linguist interpreter, and cultural
advisor, Arabic -Iraqi language instructor and Arabic language teacher in Iraq where the official
language was both Arabic and English .I am extremely knowledgeable of cultural values,
traditions, accents and local dialects, and corporate public, and government dealings in Iraq .I
have diverse professional experience as a teacher, interpreter, linguist, cultural advisor,instructor.
I worked as cultural advisor overseas missions (DOD) with United States Marine Corps, provided
sensitive linguistic and cultural support for U.S. Military forces working with highest level of Iraqi
provincial leader ship,Military commands, and tribal leadership,key enabler allowing U.S. forces
to gain situational awareness through the local populace,maintained communication between
American and Iraqi elements during combat operations,and Document translation. I worked as
Arabic-Iraqi language instructor in JFK Special warfare School and center (SWCS) Fort Bragg,
Fayetteville,North Carolina, I taught multiple courses on Arabic -Iraqi language for U.S. Army
special forces units, imparted cultural awareness to troops before deployment. I worked as Arabic
instructor for U.S. Army Special forces operational detachment alphas overseas missions in
(wassit province) Iraq, provided translation services for secret missions and investigative
opportunities, provided effective oral communication between populace and American soldiers,
established Arabic language reading and speaking tutoring program for American soldiers
overseas in Iraq .I worked as Arabic teacher for U.S. Military police units (MPS) in Iraq. My ability
to steer detachment members the nuances of the Iraqi dialect of the Arabic language enabled the
conveyance of complex ideas and interactions. On numerous occasions, my quick translations
and ability to project the intent of conversation avoided unnecessary violence. My maturity,
dedication and work ethic contribute to my reputation as the linguist of choice for every aspect of
daily and emergency operations. My courage during assaults, missions and my ability to provide
the detachment local perspective on events, made me a highly sought after asset .I am very
intelligent, hard working. I enjoy working with U.S. Army as Arabic language instructor. I have
diverse professional experience as Arabic teacher, Arabic instructor, linguist, and interpreter. I
