troubleshot process equipment to maintain production goals.
. Installed two glass-lined vessels for process improvement including
Syltherm Temperature Control Skids for reactors. This project
implemented DCS control in an area previously operated through PLC
control panels.
. Designed and developed the Ethanol Water Upgrade project that
consolidated the existing three independent chillers into one combined
system and sequenced the three chillers to the demand requirements.
. Upgraded existing vessels, vacuum system, agitator and motor control
