1. Provided grief counseling, psychotherapy, & case management to MPTF older adult clients
2. Managed the older adult new client intake line, which often involved utilizing biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention skills, knowledge of agency policies, referrals to community resources, and thorough clinical notes and data entry
3. Teamed with MSW Project Coordinators to develop and implement a Community Volunteer Training Program for MPTF volunteers that visit older adult clients in the home. Program development included facilitating a focus group, community site visits, research and interviews on MPTF volunteer history, & teaming with MPTF Marketing Department on the production of a Training Handbook.
4. Worked with the MPTF multi-disciplinary Palliative Care Team providing grief and loss support to a patient with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease)
