Mr. Reichart has over 11 years of hands on knowledge in safety. He has set

up and run safety programs with zero incidents. For the last two years Mr.

Reichart has been working for Foster Wheeler doing O&M shutdowns for

Florida Power and Light. In addition, Mr. Reichart has set up and run

safety programs, being lead safety manager on power plants from large coal

burning boiler units to HRSG and natural gas F7 peaker units. He has worked

in manufacturing, commercial building construction, new construction and

O&M at power plants doing safety since 1983. Mr. Reichart also has over 10

years manufacturing experience in injection molding and plastics extrusion

working in a safe work environment. He was the Safety Person on the

construction of 10M project for Coconut palms Resort in Florida, where he

designed and installed temporary safety devices and supervised crews doing

punch out. Mr. Reichart has been first responder in Hazmat remediation for

Foster Wheeler, Fru-con, also in Iraq with KBR. Mr. Reichart has working

knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual EM 385 1-1. Working

Knowledge on how to develop, implement and review Activity Hazard Analysis

and APP for the contractor and subcontractor. Mr. Reichart was competent

person for daily excavation inspection working civil/electrical underground

work for 2 peak units. Mr. Reichart trained in root cause analysis/

incident investigation, "return to work" program, aggressive injury case

management to reduce project cost. He has supervised crews up to 250. In

addition, Mr. Reichart has Trained crafts people in Asbestos Worker

Awareness, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Awareness, Confined Space Entry, Scaffold

User, Fall Protection, Man-lifts, Basic Rigging and Material Handling.

do contract safety inspection work, including Nuke shutdown, R&R of flash

drying system at chlorine plant; rebuild bearing hub for screen basket on

coal burning unit. Bridge inspections and supervising safety for water main

reline in Washington DC. Hurricane Sandy recovery safety supervision in NYC

for NYHCA recovery teams. Taking special projects of interest.

Pensacola for community air sampling, Transferred to Orange Beach Al. Set

up Analytical Stations testing for Benzene, SO2, and VOC, Taking air

samples for Benzene, VOC, and air particles using Gastec, Multi ray and

AM510 monitors, daily calibration of equipment.

emergency repair. Schedule operations with Plant and Laboratory, Ensured

NRCA code compliance. Coordinate daily operations, change orders and

purchase orders, prepare cost estimates and schedules; negotiate bids;
