Thermoforming/Woodshop Manager
Responsible for all activities and duties in a thermoforming facility.
Thermoforming parts using 50 mil to 100 mil plastic sheet and roll stock.
Improved quality, safety and plant appearance. Streamlined existing and new
processes. Drastically reduced scrap rate. Also managed the new woodshop
facility. Set up shop to comply with
all safety regulations. Streamlined production. Improved quality. More than
doubled production in the first year of operation. Boosted production by
90% the following year. Managed both facilities at the same time.

Responsible for implementing prototype packaging designed by Oscar Mayer
engineers. Thermoformed parts from 3 mil to 25 mil plastic. Testing of
foods and material used in the new packaging processes. Contracted.

Responsible for all production of consistent, quality materials from start
to finish, and in a timely manner. Supervised a team of at least 15
employees which included maintenance and two people that were mentally
challenged. I was also responsible for maintaining a full staff which

that consisted of monthly meetings, training, and writing policies and
